    This instrument employs an advanced 32-bit ARM MCU as its central processing unit, running on a Linux operating system. It features a 7-inch high-definition LCD capacitive touch screen.

    Developed and manufactured in accordance with Method A (Electronic Pressure Vacuum Gauge Method) of the DL/T423-2009 standard "Determination of Gas Content in Insulating Oil - Vacuum Differential Pressure Method", this device is characterized by rapid testing, high accuracy, excellent repeatability, and user-friendly operation.

    It is specifically designed to measure the total gas content in insulating oils used in electrical equipment, including:

    · Transformers

    · Reactors

    · Instrument transformers

    · Oil-impregnated bushings

    Instrument Features

    1. Compliance: Developed and manufactured in accordance with Method A (Electronic Pressure Vacuum Gauge Method) of the DL/T423-2009 standard "Determination of Gas Content in Insulating Oil - Vacuum Differential Pressure Method".

    2. Precision Gauge: Equipped with a Class 0.05 precision digital vacuum gauge, which can be calibrated independently.

    3. Sealing: Features imported German solenoid valves and an all-welded sealing design (except for necessary interfaces) to ensure minimal leakage and guarantee result accuracy.

    4. Vacuum Pump: Utilizes a 2xz-type Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump to ensure the degassing chamber is evacuated to near 0 Pa.

    5. Display: Features a 7-inch HD (1024*600) capacitive LCD touch screen, offering simple operation that requires no prior training.

    6. Data Storage: Users can customize the number of data sets to be stored (10 ~ 5000) according to their needs.

    7. Analysis Cycles: The number of analyses per run can be set (currently 1 ~ 3 times, limited by the sample injector capacity). Upon completion, data and relative errors are directly displayed and printed, reducing operator workload.

    8. Calibration: Accuracy verification can be performed using an imported precision micro-syringe.

    9. Maintenance: Allows independent control of internal components such as valves and the vacuum pump, facilitating troubleshooting and maintenance.
