    The Liquefiable Gas Sampling Device is a pretreatment unit designed for the analysis of liquid hydrocarbons and liquefiable gases. It converts liquid samples into a gaseous state with constant temperature, constant pressure, and controllable flow rate, facilitating accurate determination.

    Within a uniform capillary space, the liquid is dripped in at a vaporization rate. The dripping liquid evaporates rapidly, pushing the tail of the previously evaporated gas slug forward. This continuous process of dripping and evaporation creates a high-velocity gas stream flowing through the tube.

    Because there is no space for separation or liquid accumulation, the composition of the vaporized gas—especially regarding trace impurities—remains exactly the same as the original liquid composition. This achieves isocompositional vaporization. Furthermore, due to the continuous high-speed flow within the capillary, the adsorption and desorption equilibrium between the tube wall and the gas components is reached quickly, ensuring the gaseous sample is fully representative.

    All internal tubing is constructed from Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
    (Note: In the improved model, the internal mass flow module is made of plastic rather than metal. This reduces adsorption and makes the device suitable for connection to gas chromatographs for the analysis of liquid hydrocarbon composition and trace components.)
